ACTIVITIES SO FAR:

Shree Chakrapani fine arts and educational trust is the flowering of a cherished dream based on a long and strong practical work, field experience, dedicated service to fine arts. Shree chakrapani has an humble vision to realize something unique, useful, long-lasting in the field of fine arts which need a fresh approach in organization academics and presentation.  

In order to explore, vibrant talent in drawing and painting and to encourage, promote, provide, proper platform to young upcoming artists the trust had organized two types of competitions.

Competition 1: “Chiguru” – A state level drawing and painting competition for the students from primary to high school. The entries for the competition are received through post. After the first round of selection of entries, the participants are invited and on the spot, final round contest is conducted if necessary.

Nine cash prizes and thirty merit certificates were given under three categories.

In order to encourage, teaching faculty “Sadhaka” and “Sadhana” awards were given in 2006, to art teachers, who have promoted the art of drawing and painting among children.

“Santrupthi” award was given to the school, which has done commendable service in the promotion of drawing and painting in schools.

Competition 2: chakrapani kala prashasthi – State level drawing and painting competition for the students of fine arts institutions of the state. Five cash prizes and ten merit certificates.

Competition 3: ALL india painting competition -  National level drawing and painting competition for the students of fine arts institutions of the state. Five cash prizes and ten merit certificates.

Competition 4:  monthly art contest -  National level drawing and painting competition for the students of fine arts institutions of the state. Five cash prizes and ten merit certificates.

Competition 5: weekly drawing competition (coming soon) -  National level drawing and painting competition for the students of fine arts institutions of the state. Five cash prizes and ten merit certificates.
